How to file a grievance
Send an email to the Grievance Officer with:
- Your name and contact details
- The link (URL) to the content concerned
- The nature of your grievance and the part of the Code of Ethics you believe has been breached
- Any supporting documents
Timelines
We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and aim to dispose of it within 15 days of receipt, communicating our decision to you. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may appeal to the self-regulating body of which we are a member, as provided under the Rules.
