CAT 2026 will be held on Sunday, November 29, in three sessions. The exam is the gateway to MBA and other management programmes at the IIMs and hundreds of other business schools.

How to download the CAT 2026 admit card

  1. Go to iimcat.ac.in.
  2. Click "Registered Candidate Login".
  3. Enter your user ID and password.

Check these details carefully

Your admit card will show your name, photograph, signature, registration number, exam date, session (slot), reporting time and test centre address. If anything is wrong — especially your photograph, name or test centre — contact the CAT helpdesk immediately through the official website.

Exam-day reminders

  • Carry a printed copy of the admit card and an original, valid photo ID (as specified in the CAT instructions).
  • Reach the centre well before the reporting time printed on your admit card. Visit the centre a day or two in advance if you can.
  • Read the instructions on the admit card for items that are allowed and not allowed inside the exam hall.
